Our Approach
We designed a light, fast and usable survey system for employees to fill quickly and easily, making sure it ran in adverse conditions like poor signal or limited data consumption. We applied the best practices for an efficient reporting and querying system on this project.
The Challenge
To build a survey process both easy to use and flexible enough to get the most data possible. We needed employees to complete as many surveys as possible and managers to get the best insights out of those surveys.
